How to find Sponsors and/or Developers for an idea

Hello,

I have 2 ideas about web games (after long time of research) and I created a small plan/scenario for them as well.

Of course I do not have the capital needed to develope them.

Is there a way to find people who can sponsor the development or developers who can create the game and I get a share in % from profits or even sell an idea?
