I think "trials" means "tries" but in any case it is two tries and you are kicked.

The default does not tell you how many tries left nor how much time left til 15 mins are over correct?

Should be 4 tries before being blocked for 15 minutes.

Seems like 2 tries and your are locked out although I don't know if that was a glitch related to the verify mod.

There should be some kind of indication to the user though of how many tries left before they are locked out so they don't flippantly try to login and be more careful.

Also an indication of time left like a count down as I have seen in the jail mod.

Yes that was the problem.

Should this feature be enhanced at any future point it will be nice if the end user is told how many tries they have left.
