MuskogeeWil Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 My computer didn't want to boot up. Was powering off as it started it's boot process. Blew it out, and it's working alright for now. I'm worried. I've had my baby for about 5-6 years now. It still is good enough for another two years, but I've got to figure this shutdown problem out. Quote
a_bertrand Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 Could be many things, the power supply, the motherboard, the memory, the CPU, the graphical card... just like that it doesn't help to diagnosticate the issue. Make a backup of your disk soon, and then try to debug the issue. Quote
MuskogeeWil Posted February 6, 2013 Author Posted February 6, 2013 A backup is long overdue. Damn wife/kids/family/life always getting in the way of taking care of my baby. lol I might just wait for taxes to come in and take it in to have someone do it for me and get under her dress. Quote
sniko Posted February 6, 2013 Posted February 6, 2013 I'd back everything up in the cloud, and on physical disks. Then I'd invest in a newer computer. It will be less expensive in the long run. Quote
MuskogeeWil Posted February 7, 2013 Author Posted February 7, 2013 Picked up a new computer yesterday. It was time... :) Quote
