Spudinski Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 i have no chance with them :) now they said: " please get familiar with DNS work in clause 3.1, second paragraph of the following document: http://www.faqs.org/rfcs/rfc2182.html As you can see from that, assigning different IPs to the same DNS server makes no practical sense whatsoever. " Tell them to go fornicate with themselves. Quote
rulerofzu Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 yea.. that`s right. i got an additional ip for SSL certificate .. that is a good reason :P Of which they can revoke at anytime if your not using it for such....has been known to happen and all your sites go fubar! Quote
adivirus Posted February 28, 2012 Author Posted February 28, 2012 i see.. but i`m using it for ssl certificate :d Quote
Spudinski Posted February 28, 2012 Posted February 28, 2012 i see.. but i`m using it for ssl certificate :d Less likely to happen than DNS. Only need one static IP for SSL, and it should be same as Apache. Quote
