zap engine, and ezrpg are much better. Gangster legends is a good option if you want a ready made game, still take updating, but at least it's free, and legal.

So try a DMCA and then someone will contact the original Author of the script and then they have fun taking all that lovely earned money.

Hypercritical isn't it when they say 'you can\'t steal my script' yet they do it LOL i love that i really do, I personally think it's wrong to steal anyones code MCC cannot take legal action... end off (just so ya know i don't have a website which runs on MCC so yeah ...)

There should be a separative download, as far as I can tell, however I have very little understanding of the GPL mainly due to me never reading it all.

GPL is General Public License basically it's for public use not commercial so you can't sell it and you must legally give GNU license with it (im assuming stating it which file is under the GNU) and i think it would have something different to

Personally though if MCC is selling it and there own staff say you'll get a DMCA for putting a downloaded copy on a site then you guys are probably right the DMCA would hold but it only takes one smart arse to figure out the technical loop hole and MCC owe a crap load of money out.

I am saying when you sign up you agree that staff can delete any post, therefore I could technically block that right on mwg. I just think it's pointless to block it.

Well be that smart ass or stop posting things you can't back up. If you can post it with evidence i won't delete it, and i am sure the others won't. The three on the mcc team may want to discredit you, however that's expected.

09 does not pre-dates v2's release. Never seen a copy of it that pre-dates it.

And derivated work can be implemented into a script, however credits should apply afaik, even if it's just a readme txt file that contains the credits of 3rd party stuff in the package.

@Djkanna - There’s comments on pages like register.php that give links to where parts of it are from (email check i think), however you're right in a way it does make you wonder. My point was (I think anyway) you can't post stuff like that without some way to back it up. He knows full well saying stuff like that will enough people to try it.
