Lilith
Is this a legal version of mccodes with a valid licence? It looks like the key that is written into valid versions is not allowing your files to communicate. It could be that you have an issue with matching key-codes, or it is not properly installed. Then again, I suck at coding and can barely make mccodes work.
doublet
This link gives you answers: http://tinyurl.com/29ukplz But error itself says all you need to know. Apache has now rights to access folder "/tmp/"
Dave
Simplest way to get it fixed is to contact your host.
