It's okay to admit you're using McCodes!

It's a brilliant starting point for noobs, and I'm sure one day you'll claim to be making an engine from scratch and actually do it.

Several people have agreed it's McCodes - if not you've just recoded a few pages but kept a nice majority of it. And as for reporting you, there is no point what so ever....even though I know it's McCodes, and even if it's not I still don't give a toss. I just wanted to know why you lied :)

And why do you keep referring to me as 'son' and 'boy' implying you're many years older than me? I bet you are about 19 or 20

 

@dominion - No, it doesn't matter. But that doesn't stop me from voicing it, I'll repeat: "I still don't give a toss". If he wants to use McCodes, fine! But I'm sure McCodes would appreciate a morsel of recognition :)

The base is indeed MCCodes, All he's done is edited the file's and probably secured them. Haunted Dawg I have no doubt in my mind that you don't want too be found out about using MCCodes but I do have too say one thing, That's defiantly MCCodes and I do feel you should at least admit that & carry on developing instead off being so stupid and denying it, And then have the cheek to sit here and call eq because he caught you out.

Besides - you must at least be using the same session setup as McCodes as that's how I got in......

Database driven class:

(which is still missing over 400 line's of code just function's at easy to use.)

Gameplay driven functions:

(Crossed some thing's out that you would not need to see to prevent "something" ;). As you can see, starts with my custom bbcode function, which then carry's onto a user function, that allows me to easily draw out data of the user through the $type variable. Still missing over 300 line's of just function's for my availability. Also, don't get happy and see that there is no script preventing the IMG tag from putting malicious data there. It's prevented on display.)

TornCity "Torn" looks like mccodes but it isn't, just because a game looks like mccodes it mccodes...

I remember Magictallguy was writing a game engine which looked like mccodes but it wasn't.

From what i have read your game seems to be well organised and you are taking care to make sure when you do release it

O.o thought torn was a illegal version of Mccodes just recoded multiple times and changed all around. there was over 30 coders on it before it was ever released

This coming from the person that claimed to have a custom engine, then come and cried all day long when it was proven otherwise. This coming from the stalker who followed someone around on a forum just because they disliked them and was wrong in most cases (mccodes website on their forums that is now down).

nice screen shots one thing 1st shot last line php_self have a look $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] alternative/vulnerability not sure it matters in a non public file but you do it a lot on your mods aswell just so your know :)
