Now my goal is to create a matching login and register templates for others to use once every week unless I get extremely busy. Each template design will generally be based on a theme. Im open to suggestions from the public. If there is a template theme that more then one person is interested in then ill try to have it made, maybe more then one based on the same theme. But we will see how things go....for this first week ill get a gangster themed login/register done. The free templates will be fully coded and integrated with mccodes. Quote

Although, you still have not completed my game layout and i am still awaiting a message from you. You havnt even told me whats happening with the game template any more. You've been paid and have had over 3 months and you still havnt got back to me... Put your customers first or give me my money back. Quote

So its simple for him, money back or template made. Quote

If you didn't do that it's your own dumb fault that is wrong when buying something in a shop lets say a ps3 if you pay cash what do you sign ? yet you have rights same with online jobs legally you are able to act if what you paid for does not show up or is the wrong thing etc not having HIS signature does not mean legal action can not be taken as far as i know anyway after all take mccodes taking down ravan there taking them down for selling on there engine i don't know about them but when i paid for my copy of mccodes i did not sign anything Quote

Do not get others who do not understand what has happened involved in this situation. You can also ask Paypal for a refund by saying the product was not received or ask your credit/debit card company to contact paypal for a refund. I also think that your method of contacting ishmell is very, inappropriate if you are the one on deviantart that is spamming his templates with swearing and accusation. Quote

Your law fees and court fees will probably sum up double of what you paid for. As I said, use the actions I told you in my previous post by contacting paypal or your credit card company. If you dont have a card attached, then you obviously don't have a lawyer if you don't have a credit card. Quote

Firstly, if your going to say my name, spell it right. Secondly, i have gone through all means and have contacted him directly, with no success, The Admins of MWG told me to post about this. Finally, please do not post if you do not have any helpful advice and/or information about ishmell. Quote
