Do you have permission to use those images at the top of the image? If so you would be breaching the copyright of the original creator of the image (Or whatever game is from). Just so the buyer knows :)

you are right,the images are from mafia ii the famous pc game,buyer need know it,and if anyone buy the template he pick up whatever the pictures on the top.
