I have never used the script before so I wouldn't know what to look for within the db. Cpanel -> PHPMyAdmin -> DB -> "users"/whatever -> Browse -> Edit your account..

We've had ravan.info down a few times however it's quite hard to keep them down. WP have also tried and cannot keep them down due to where they are hosted.

They did settle for a fee, However now are trying to claim more.
