I don't understand what you think would be hard to understand about it. We tried to make it as developer-friendly as we possibly could while still making it secure and fast.

I had just removed all of the calls to that function in my copy ;) -
But, it's an unoriginal picture that looks like it was from reddit. and reddit always loses.

Just so you know, when you create a new module it gives this error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function CleanHookCache() in C:\xampp\htdocs\nwe\modules\admin_create_module\content.php on line 79 maybe it's something i did wrong, EDIT: Also does this if i enable/disable a module. -
http://labaia.ws/ I'll just leave this here *whistles*

Tiny black dress in all seriousness, it means to be decided.

Not cool dj, i said it first. :'( plus, mine is better cause you don't have to click any links to see what was being said. Why doesn't MWG have tags working? :\
-
I see what you did there!

You really have no chance of making any money off of a game that you put no money in to. Not trying to be mean, but it's true. You have to have money to market the game, to hire QUALITY developers/designers. IMO without that you'll be lucky to make more than a few dollars during the (probably short) life of the game.
-
Really? lol, here if you have anything illegal in your vehical/house you have to prove that it isn't yours or you're screwed (i've known many people it has happened to, although 90% of the time it was theirs)

get your mp3 viruses.. It wouldn't matter. It's like the whole finding drugs in your car thing, you're responsible for what is in your possession.

If people didn't fix or improve things just because it wasn't broken we would still be smashing each other over the heads with sticks.

I saw this on google news, and figured it might interest some of you brits ;) http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-17894176

ShizzleNizzle or WhizzBang => Paypal fraud
JakeB replied to a_bertrand's topic in Collaboration Experiences
Well, you would also have to have a merchant account through a bank, which runs well over $200/mo (from what i've heard, I have never had one personally). Then you would need to hire quite a few people to help manage it if you want it to even be slightly successful. After it's all done, you would probably have an investment running into the thousands. Then you gotta make all your money back somehow. At that point why not use paypal? Even if you make your own you will still run into the exact same problems, you don't have to file a dispute through paypal to get a refund, you can do it through your bank, then it is almost 100% guranteed that you will get the refund. That method works on gifts as well, whereas paypal won't let you dispute a gift. Honestly, it really has nothing to do with paypal, it's the bank that people do most chargebacks through. After someone does a chargeback through their bank, paypal will obviously take the money back from the person that received it, they would lose a ton of money if they didn't. -
Well, considering you don't even know what kind of features are going to be core in the engine as the first alpha had almost nothing in it, ideas really won't help either.
-
Saying there will be likely 24 hours for a response is in no way guranteeing a response in 24 hours.. If i was him i would definately put something i pay AT MINIMUM $100/credit hr over helping someone with something they purchased for $5-10.. And if you are having to purchase small $5 mods from people, i seriously doubt your game is in serious trouble of losing income from it.
-
I agree 100%! lol. Although, living on like the 3rd biggest AFB in the world isn't too bad. No sales tax on anything FTW :D
-
BioHazard does have a point. IMO most people will simply ignore the post if there isn't any sort of price range. Like a max he would be willing to pay for something.

How much disc space/bandwidth does the minute cron take up?
JakeB replied to LearningCoder's topic in General Discussion
As long as your crons are being run locally and not by some 3rd party external thing they won't use any bandwidth. And their size is near nothing as all it does is run a few queries and maybe check to make sure it is actually supposed to run. -
Has anybody here played SC2 yet? If not, and you like RTS games, you should definately give it a try. IMO, it is the best RTS to date :D
-
I was more focusing on the "why are you making such a big deal about it". As in why is he accusing them of changing the license all the time when he has never seen it in the first place.
-
Then why does it matter to you, and why are you making such a big deal about it? But, it's on the page when you click "Redux discount information" before you click the buy button to buy the upgrade. only visible to people who have mcc v2 and are able to get the discount.
-
So, let me understand this. You want to make money off of your game, but are unable to pay to pay for anything for it.. seems legit.
-
@SRB That is a direct quote of the license for the 2.5 discount.
-
But then they would have to maintain and support two versions.
