Oh master if you would be so kind as to show me the legislation where it states that i must: Warn users that "We are not responsible for the sites listed" "The content your about to view could contain an adult theme" "This site does not host any files" Because as far as i can see you have just seen a bunch of sites using this and assumed it's law or something like that...

Why would i need to claim that i do not host anything myself? I honestly do not care because anyone with 2 peas for a brain can clearly see that nothing is being hosted therefore there is no point of putting up a "We don't host any files ourselves" it is clear what the purpose of this site is to someone looking for it, we link to rapidleech/premium link generators which in themselves are not illegal, although thank you i might put up some notice that we are not responsible for the content of other sites.   Adverts were put on yesterday which is after this post was made, just trialling them.

My sites does not list sites which list other sites, my site just lists sites which provide a service Rapidleech or Premium Link Generation. I agree with you that it's always best to get in first it's always worth a shot.

You can see what it can currently do, but you can't see what it can potentially do. If you were to have 2 versions one on your server & a premium version which users can download and use on their own server so that they can tweak the game.

I never said or implied that I've studied all existing game engines, i just want a copy to mess around with to see what it could do.

This project has no defined goal in terms of business. This is a hobby site which i have created and maintain and i work on it in my spare time. It's a Top-list for rapidleech servers & premium link generators.

Really nice thing you have going on there, it could do with a lot more features but its clean and simple. Any chance we can get this on our own server to play around with? Maybe a premium version of the script which we could download?

Because as far as I can see I am bringing more to the table, if someone wants to partner up we can discuss what else they can bring to the table and we could come to an agreement... P.S. Script is mccodes and coder would build on it.

A Coder can code a game, it does not mean they are able to promote it effectively and that is what I bring to the table, my experience and contacts. If they could do it all themselves then they would not be interested in this offer now would they? 50/50 Partners would be if we both put in half the money each he does coding I do marketing. The reason Why 40% Ownership but 35% of net profit is because if the site is sold the coders actual work would be getting sold as well so they deserve a little extra for their work being sold. The reason why it's based on fairness is because i see a tonne of people leave crap games who offer "will potions" "energy potions" in unlimited quantities if the user has $$ which basically means if your rich you get a very good head start and because of that a lot of players leave as they simply can not compete with paying players and if they leave paying players will find the game boring, I hope i made sense :p

Hi, I'm looking for a Partner who would work with me on WarDistrict A lot of work has already been put into the site and a few custom mods have been created for it. You will not be expected to put any money into the project licenses/hosting as that will be payed for. The game is currently running mccodes and has a custom template which was bought from Razor42 and made by Peter. What i am offering is a 40% stake in the game but 35% of Net Profit. Game will be registered once there is a need for it (Breached threshold). You will own 40% of the Game but only receive 35% of the Net Profit, if the game is sold you would receive 40% of the sale price. What i have to offer in this project: I have vast knowledge & experience in marketing/advertising and i have quite a few contacts who own mmorpg top sites and game client server networks (you join the network to play vs people) I am also creative and unique when it comes to ideas but i also use whats already out there and proven to work. I also have funds to cover all planned expenses. What i require from my Partner: Competent person who enjoys gaming and is a gifted coder who is familiar in PHP/MySQL/AJAX/jQuery, preferably has knowledge in Photoshop and can design. I also prefer someone who lives in the UK for Company Registration purposes but this is not essential. This person must be able to commit a minimum of ~16 hours a week to this project. Just to make this clear this is unrelated to the other Game Project which i am working on.

x10 is probably one of the worst hosts I've ever been with, the customer service is very unprofessional and hosting goes offline often.

GoDaddy Taken Down! A member of the hacker group Anonymous is claiming responsibility for taking down the popular web hosting service GoDaddy.com. The company's main site was taken down, however the attack appears to be affecting GoDaddy's customers as well. Earlier this afternoon, a Twitter account connected with Anonymous announced that it was responsible for taking down the GoDaddy website. Meanwhile, the GoDaddy Twitter account has apologize to users, and asked them to remain patient. They assure their customers that the company is working to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
