Raven script is basicly the same (With some shit tac'd on) Work on editing Raven untill you have mcc V2. Ofcourse you could just fix up Raven. I doubt the owners will go hunting for an unlicensed version.

  They are no server callbacks, it's open source. You can edit/modify as much as you want. Or you can buy mods (from me in the market place!) :)

It's nice that you're giving this away but could you upload it in a zip and maybe add it to the mccode market? (They have a free section and might get this some more attention!)

You might be lucky and find someone selling a license for cheap but it's not common to find people selling one. If you want to just try the engine before buying I'm sure Kunal or Dave might be able to help you!
