  1. I've never mentioned that any image was stolen, I only said indirectly that credit has to be given to those that made it. Claiming that you (George, indirectly oxyden) made it all was a mistake. I would like to point to the example post we made of an image Item Databases Where we clearly stated the resources. Your partner has a track record of being a thief more than once, and it will be though for you having him in your fictional company as the company doesn't exist by law, yet possible to create at one or another point. I do understand you are defending Oxyden, and I have full respect for your opinion. I would most likely do the same even with having a bad apple in the team as you have. Anyway, as bad as everything sounds towards Oxyden or InfantryX do know it's not directed to both but to your partner.
  2. The game controller you will have to fight with Alain Bertrand as he did the full render from scratch. If you look closely you would see it's even a half render as the wireframe is still there also. Anyway a_bertrand made this fully from scratch with LightWave. Next I never said there are copyright issues, I just stated that the images made aren't made by your team nothing more. For the weapon images, guess I have to visit turbosquid.
  3. Honestly I' impressed, different people - different renders, yet same object. It does show creativity and that a object isn't really as generic as it looks like.
  4. Just admit in the future you used free stuff, we did it also on the example of the nebula attack fighter presentation. (showing the links where we obtained the freely available parts) Claiming you made stuff while not just kills your credibility even more, you both lost already a lot and once again even more. Do I really have to show the weapon images also , or will you post it.
  5. You should ask permission from http://www.mediabistro.com/ to use that blueprint img..... It's their stuff .... so next is also free then... and not designed by your fabulous team
  6. so next then coincidence again I really must be dumb
  7. Anyway claiming to do all the stuff by your team I have doubts I apologize maybe I'm dumb
  8. looks good lilith but 1h20 is way overboard
  9. So a basic betting script, focussed on football possibly with a ladder system.
  10. lol not difficult, had to show a google link to equinox last night how to save his animation of a exploding ball :p The reply shows that 3d objects exported to a 2D still image is just a tiny part of what can be done. Imagine your dragons actually fight in front of the castle ....
  11. Why not for mcc ? Is a relative simple betting system to make into a mod.
  12. Hijacking your topic kinda, this was made a few years ago for a game project of mine called Forgotten-Legends This is similar as what you do 'clothing' 'rendering', this animation is made with Poser 7 and Vue. Long version (quality got less due to uploading to youtube)   Better version of the above 23Mb download http://www.cemedia.biz/forgotten-legends/fl-384kb.wmv Short version to be placed in a loop for a index signup page. (sadly also reduced quality, thank you youtube)   Better version of the above 2.x Mb download http://www.cemedia.biz/forgotten-legends/fl.wmv Props used costed together aprox a $150 , excluding the cost of poser and vue and time involved. Anyway as static your examples might look like, you do have the software to turn them into animations as the above examples, that gives it a total new dimension.
  13. Zeggy, Equinox , Paddy and Djkanna will give it also a shot These are renders by Zeggy Djkanna , seems to curse himself for jumping on it to give it a shot and is wondering what exactly he is doing
  14. True, hence hiring a modeller/3D Artist is close to $300/h. Anyway, For those interested, We can provide both weapon object files. Only request is that you will ad your render of same object to this topic without a watermark. Note: This type of 'Friendly Fights' will also be part of the BrowserGamesFactory Community boards. Where BGF will provide the objects to their members.
  15. Nah not a fight, just alain and myself playing with same object files So both of us render the same 3D object file and see what the result is. Next one a P90 Alain is clearly the winner with his render techniques :) The difference in time is also significant, while my render costs me aprox a minute or 2, it costs alain 20 minutes.
  16. We only replied on your partner question 'please link to a site that can provide these for anything near the professional development quality displayed' So I posted examples and a link to forender.com that has superb quality at $6 avg, personally I wouldn't spend the time on 'hand drawn' for something that is so widely available at pretty cheap prices , you do use real world weapons, so it's pretty generic as item, just quality of the item image could differ.
  17. There ya go lilith, I just stole one of your weapon images rotate it, polish it up with a better metal texture an oh my... will look exactly the same as the first .38 revolver.
  18. I would suggest to work more with light backgrounds instead of pitch black, dark backgrounds are often used to hide mistakes....
  19. Hopefully we will be able to launch this weekend with aprox 500-600 ready to download virtual item images out of 10k. Current progress: 186 Weapons 30 Buildings 19 Tools Jordan of MWG will then also post a discount coupon code exclusive for MWG users. MCC licensed users might get a extra coupon code (depending on ColdBlooded willing to spam you)
  20. not a bad template, with ingame images could be easy a $150+ worth
  21. 2000-4000USD as budget is low, yet a lot of sharks will try to take that money. The only advice I have is, do your homework before hiring some people.
  22. Nice job, but 5h work/item would drive a price tag to $75+/image, which will make the game development process also way more expensive. while similar exists way cheaper and shouldn't be difficult at all to recolor/shade/etc A RPG is still a RPG nothing much will change it except coloring. Example, recolor the metal parts to gold and call the item a Dictator RPG. Similar as there are gold AK-47s on the real world market. Again, the generic part of a RPG gets voided, it all depends how it is presented ingame. Some cheap software is also pretty good to render and export to 2D eg. (this render costs $6 at http://www.forender.com/real_weapons )
  23. ok lets make it hire :p ;)
  24. How much do you want Is it possible to show a paypal revenue csv. Operating cost etc
  25. Exactly and that is what people tend to forget what the investment is behind it, even as it's just putting time into a free wireframe or model. They don't see what tools are used or what the cost has been. Any complainer , I offer them to do the same with the so called free model and see if the $50-100 is worth it to pay you for instance. Pretty sure all will say hell this takes away to much time , it's cheaper to rent lilith :p
