You need to look further than that....look at reviews, magazine recommendations etc. For example HP whilst they do good laptops have a habit of overheating. How it looks aint everything if it shuts down in the middle of doing some work due to overheating.

Ahhh right fair enough then. Ive heard enough. Redux made by developers who refuse to listen to the community. However they will take from the community but not give back unless you pay for it of course. I wasnt going to use redux as an engine anyway. After seeing the code I most certainly would not. It has been coded in a restrictive manner and suggestions to remove these restrictions and make the base product easier for people to use are met with "thats an addon do it yourself" attitude. Bearing in mind that these suggestions are from those of us with experience with MC2 then obviously this is an issue for the engine. The code itself is pretty similiar to the other versions other than the security which whilst making the engine secure has been done with a "just in case" manner rather than altering and improving the actual engine code. And thats it from me. I find it quite disappointing, im fed up with the lack of support for the community from McCodes and have noted how quickly the posts from the developers came flooding in as soon as refund was being discussed. Ill move on to supporting other engines instead.

That would be relevant if you knew the exact reason why someone purchased the engine. Personally I bought it to be nosey and help others here. I have no intention of using it. You should ALWAYS use your credit/debit card for software payments even through paypal just change the funding. Paypal will not cover you for software purchase but your card provider will ;)

So yeah I know what I am talking about and you do not. Your support will not cover 3rd party scripts so how can you seriously support your clients. Also their support maybe 24/7 are you planning on getting no sleep then? Your plan to start web hosting is not thought out very well but its good that you dont care and go to whatever host you want as that is what everyone will do!

No at the end of the day I will deter people from wasting their money with someone that has seen others making a success and thinking I can do that without any real knowledge of what is involved or how to provide the service. Your webhost will not provide you support for 3rd party scripts. They will provide you support for your reseller account should you have a issue with it but they will not provide you support for your clients or their scripts. A reseller account is undertaken with the assumption that the owner will be able to provide the support to their own clients. So based on your web hosts server configuration. Should a question arise then how will you be able to answer it? Your going to reply One moment ill just ask my live support? Not really professional is it. Also you may wish to check that your reseller account has the abilities to run games such as running 1 minute crons as its a shared server then you are bound to their SLA & TOS not your own.
