  1. Should be looking to purchase this in the next couple of days Alain! Got the money, just depends when I get round to it :)
  2. Holy **** I hope you're not as pedantic in real life!
  3. I remember you showing me this a while back! Good to see you back anyhow man :) I'm sure this will sell well. (Pompey are still ****)
  4. Faz`

    hireing staff

Come on man, at least spell "hiring" correctly!
  5. Free naked pics for $5 DP. Inbox for more details.
  6. That's a pretty outrageous claim don't you think? Especially with no proof to back it up. Who the hell is stupid enough to go meet this woman anyway, someone they've only spoken to over the net? It could be anyone for all they know.
  7. Tapatalk is very good, I also use it to browse quite a few boards. Also, a brilliant example of a mobile app for a forum is the XDA Mobile App. Really easy to navigate. (What phone you rocking btw Bertie? :P)
  8. Haha I was just toying with you also :P Good luck with this anyway man, there is a lot of potential in this engine. It's just getting it out there and creating a product that is accessible. With some hard work, who knows, it could just pay off VERY nicely :)
  9. You sure it was the right Faz? I've never really done anything remotely interesting/controversial/discussion-provoking during my time Programming lol.
  10. Lmao, I didn't realise I was a talked about figure.
  11. Well as with everything, it has potential. I think you should make 2-3 mods, see how it goes. Or even try and make a decent sized package, that could perhaps go for about $50-$100 that actually would make a half-functioning game for someone who is new to Programming. Not only would that help the engine but you'd also profit from it. The thing about ezRPG is, it's really easy to use but you really do get the bare minimum and making a game from it is a lot of work, which is something a lot of people don't want to do.
  12. I'm a fan of 4, looks sleek and easy on the eye. 2 IMO is a bit too big, so I went with 4!
  13. <3 you Spud. Let me clarify what Spud is trying to say (I think). The majority of the people on this forum, and game developers in general are youngsters with no money, with no real desire to learn and just want to be spoon fed everything, or just install a ****-load of mods already around, hence they all go to McCodes. The more advanced people who have are talented web devlopers, will most probably be able to make the mods themselves, hence there is no real mid-point which can be met, which the market for selling mods would be.
  14. Is that Richard I see? Welcome back dude! :D
  15. Skooda, let me tell you something. I'm gonna tell you in the nicest way possible. I'm sick and tired of seeing your threads constantly, you try and sell **** that isn't yours and you're just out to try and make some quick cash, not giving the slightest damn whose work you're stealing. Get off your lazy ass and put some hard work in trying to do something, maybe when we actually know you are able to do something YOURSELF rather than rip off/steal other people's work and try to steal it, most of MWG will start taking you seriously again (if they ever did in the first place). You're not gonna make money this way, you're just lucky you haven't tried to sell something which you stole from someone who could make your ass pay.
  16. Guilty conscience much? No-one even mentioned your name and you've ruined your nappy already. GTFO here man, no-one can be bothered with your scamming, annoying bullsh*t.
  17. Dude, WTF is up with that login page. **** was hurting my eyes with all the random colours slapped together. It got even worse when I registered. However, I logged on and I saw you had 10 players online, which isn't that bad (I generally like to rank games on how well they are doing by players online at any given time). I think it would do a lot better if you hired someone to clean the look up a bit, polish a few edges and such. Good luck with everything though!
  18. @runthis - I have played a Hacking Game before, cannot remember the name off the top of my head but there were a TON of users online at once, not to mention the idea is fresh and original. There is a lot of potential, I hope it works out for you!
  19. I actually quite like the colour scheme and layout of the game. Not had a good look around as of yet, but it does look nice. Not too sure about the two white strips on the left and right hand sides of the page (I'm guessing they are just to separate the side panel from the main game area?) Other than that it's looking nice.
  20. Yes, it isn't everything, but it certainly helps. I also started a game with no more than £10 and made about £800 in total after about 5-6 months, with no advertising. What I am saying however, is that the process of getting people to sign up to your game can multiplied HUGELY, and you will get results much more instantaneously if you use it well. Also, a lot of people, and I'm sure the OP has no intention of gaining accomplishment, he is just looking to make some good ol' hard cash. From that looks of things, that is what most people set out to achieve when they start a game, most of them soon realise it actually takes some WORK and then give up after about 2 weeks. Then we see another game they are starting 2 weeks later and it just ends up turning into a never-ending cycle. Money isn't everything, but having the comfort of a nice financial backing will CERTAINLY take you far and get you noticed over someone who doesn't.
  21. So you are willing to invest up to $15,000 right? You could probably get a fully custom game engine made for around $5,000, maybe a bit more, but still. This would leave you with around $8000-$10,000 to still play around with. This is a huge amount, let's say you pay someone $500 for a custom layout. The rest of that money could be spent on advertising, you could get a hell of a lot of users signing up and probably in the long term make more money than most of the games you are wanting to invest in. I say move away from this, and try to get your own game started. I can see a lot of potential if you spend that $15,000 wisely. I wish I had $15,000 to play around with ;)
  22. Right, but over here when you're trying to sell people a template, you can use bullshit spelling and grammar, because that really gives a good impression of yourself...right? Damn man, you got a lot of learning to do.
  23. You don't, but good habits will certainly help you out in everything else you do.
  24. Seriously, why are you two babies arguing over something COMPLETELY irrelevant?
  25. No, I'm not gonna go for it, Graphics is not my area, so I stay away from it. Constructive Criticism is the best form, yes, but I also personally like it to be told how it is. Sometimes you won't like it, most of the time you will probably never like it, but that's the only way you will improve. You can't always please everyone, you can please the majority, but your main focus should be to please the few who are always ready to criticise your work. That is when you know you have achieved something ;)
