Though Maplin's is more for getting computers rather than parts, though you can get parts. I'm now hoping you do live in the UK I kinda took off after reading Ruler's post. :P

I am the same, I usually use mine for DVDs and playing games, some that don't have online multiplayer, a good game doesn't need it, take that new L.A. Noire which looks amazing, yet has no multiplayer. Though I don't mind playing GTA online occasionally.

Clear it up a bit, it isn't "your ps3" that's been "hacked" it's the Playstation Network service. And it will be back online when they find and fix the problem.

Pay and someone will be interested, I know this is blunt but it's true. Next, if a site doesn't work first time, it's bound to hurt your chances of actually getting someone with to some extent a understanding of what their doing, to even consider it. Be a little more prepared next time, after all you're asking for someones valuable time, if the site doesn't work or doesn't load, to me and I hope other people, it's a waste of time.
