Nefariious Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 Hey guys, I am sure there is probably already thread somewhere by someone esle so if so please just let me no and I will use that for info but I can not for the life of me find one yet. I need a decent server hopefully not at a ridiculous prices to run my game, all servers so far have not been able to handle our crons and it is beginning to drive me insane! either that or they just crash all the freaking time! Guest Anonymous Posted June 16, 2008 Share Posted June 16, 2008 Re: Hosting Yep, we picked up a Dedi from LP, and I have to say after a slightly slower start than normal due to my request for a totally nekkid box - no control panel, no software other than the very basic OS and SSH access - we have a rather find bit of hardware. It's lovely and fast - I ran some pretty high end number crunching routines on it for an hour at full CPU load, and system load exceeding 2.2, perfect. Their support dept. is exceptional as well, I had one query which was forwarded through md to LP's tech people and got an answer very quickly.
