Aqua Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 Re: Password Protect Pages People have different opinions, and ways to protect their websites. And it seems there was some interest in Ghettos mod, but in my opinion it was not worth the money, so here is a free version :) ¬LK Quote
YoungGold Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Re: Password Protect Pages ahh okie....well as always thankyou for posting it... Quote
Ghetto Posted February 10, 2008 Posted February 10, 2008 Re: Password Protect Pages Although this dose the same. Mine is completely different and more advanced. You can only have one user/pass mine you can create as many user/pass's you want for different users. for example: You're unable to view this code. Viewing code within this forum requires registration, you can register here for free. Also uses MD5 even tho MD5 isn't that good its still better then nothing. And has a logout feature: You're unable to view this code. Viewing code within this forum requires registration, you can register here for free. This is why I'm selling it. Because its not a 10 line code witch is easy to bypass. Quote
Aqua Posted February 10, 2008 Author Posted February 10, 2008 Re: Password Protect Pages 'Although this dose the same. Mine is completely different and more advanced.' Get your vocabulary right ;) Any and Every login page is possible to SQL inject, it is just a matter of time and difficulty. I would like to see your code and compare it, see wether it is a big difference or not. I doubt it, but afterall a free mod is still a mod ;) Quote

topmorpg Posted July 3, 2008 Posted July 3, 2008 Re: Password Protect Pages try to get away from $_POST use $_GET instead. as well incorporate a random code (captha if you will) to stop the brute force possibility's. Or you can opt in for a session, or randomizing cookie. Other then that not to bad. TJ Quote
