Error: session_start(): ps_files_cleanup_dir:

I swear i hate this error mainly because it forces me to long back into the game. What's even funnier is i can force the error to happen. If i can get this error to display on demand, how can the php7 team not find it? I would think seasions are very important so why release without ensuring its fully functioning.
