Veramys Posted November 23, 2014 Posted November 23, 2014 So I had the redux license. Awhile back I asked if I could trade that for a v2 license and they said yes, though it was never done. Now I don't have any license because they took redux out of circulation. What do I do? I'd still like the v2 license but if not I'd really like my money back that I spent on the redux license. Especially seeing as how I don't carry a license anymore with them taking redux out of their site. Quote
KyleMassacre Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 Good question. Maybe ColdBlooded has an answer? I too "had" a redux license which after looking just now is gone. Quote
Tangled Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 I still have mods that I can't download from mccodes, bought one the other day and got a blank page...it took my money tho Quote
ColdBlooded Posted November 24, 2014 Posted November 24, 2014 What is your MCCode account email? Quote
Veramys Posted November 24, 2014 Author Posted November 24, 2014 I will pm it to you ColdBlooded Quote
Veramys Posted November 28, 2014 Author Posted November 28, 2014 I sent my email to you ColdBlooded, that was four days ago. Is anything going to be done? Quote
Veramys Posted December 2, 2014 Author Posted December 2, 2014 Still waiting ColdBlooded, I sent my email to you in a message here. Quote
Veramys Posted December 6, 2014 Author Posted December 6, 2014 Can I just have the money I spent on Redux back? This is getting ridiculous ColdBlooded. Quote
KyleMassacre Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 Like I said just now in another thread I messaged him and gave him the link to here and hopefully this gets resolved Quote
KyleMassacre Posted December 6, 2014 Posted December 6, 2014 I just want to add as well that if you pull up your domain in the license checker it does in fact return valid if you have a Redux license attached to that domain. It is just currently impossible for us (the end user) to edit that license Quote
Veramys Posted December 7, 2014 Author Posted December 7, 2014 I don't have that domain anymore. So it becomes a problem for me. Quote
KyleMassacre Posted December 7, 2014 Posted December 7, 2014 I would just say use it anyways until this gets resolved. Quote
