Hows the emailing feature? (The limit for amount of emails sent in an hour).

You effectively start with a blank box, so a lot of freedom. I've got GitLab running on one instance, and no e-mails have been delayed, or not sent because of limits :) (It's the only application I run that sends e-mails more than never :p)

i prefer to go with gbservers cheap vps reliable good speed well protected with an ovh host and haproxy on top of that

I have a dedicated, but they're great, cheap, and helpful. And their customer service seriously cannot be beat.
