What's a good gym formula?

I just realized the one that comes with the engine doesn't scale well. I've limited the energy in my game to 100, but I think I need to adjust the gym formula. What does yours look like?

I've taken a bit out but this is what i've currently got (made this with LaTex quick)

Multiple gyms would give progressively greater multipliers (base being 1)

The stat value is incorporated

Type multiplier is for if certain stats are slower/faster to train. (you could also add stuff effects here that might buff the user's training)

You could try and possibly incorporate the way the crime formula is (which now that I'm typing this wrux pretty much said this). It this way you can make use of all your stats and maybe even add some more stats to use
