If you have a good player base, a newpaper could be essential for keeping players up to date on the goings on of the staff team and in game events.

Most definitely, if used correctly. Its a good place to store events that have happened or will happen in your game. I wouldn't use it for every little thing though. You can use it alongside announcements and stuff like that

I havn't voted in your poll, because of the limited options.

All the games ive played have a different versions of newspapers. Some of them where good for the game, other not so much.

It really depends of the function/s of the newspaper you're using

you can do quite a bit, like I said maybe add a feature to your announcents to add to the newspaper or player advertising which cost money or whatever

I have think take it off, so i will add some feature to it later i don't want put energy on it for now because i have to many thing to think in other feature
