Sorry to tell you but that login is extremely easy to create.

The video placement just takes a youtube code and place it in the right spot through the CSS.

if your planning to charge for video creation it may be worth giving an example of a video you've made that is more than a few seconds long. I would agree with mng that the login template is quite basic. do you have more examples?
