Basically it's a rework on the standard art_medieval template, which let you set the menu expanded and still work correctly. You may download it from the market place. However make sure to update all modules to their latest version to fully use it: [ATTACH=CONFIG]734[/ATTACH] Personally I find this view easier to play with.
