[WTB] Mccodes V2 layout login/register/ingame

I'm looking to buy a mccodes v2 layout to use on my game, i need login + ingame template with register as a popup ajax button on the login page.

If you have any example of a template (must be coded) please show in thread.

If you are able to make a theme please post in the thread how much you would charge, including coding.
