Bank Account Hacking

This mod is of fairly simple design.

Players can "Hack" other players' bank accounts, taking a little money from the account like a mugging for banks.

Difficulty can be changed easily in the code and all that.

It'll be cool if you could [i haven't looked at the code, only the screenshot] that you would use IQ somehow, as it takes some intelligence to hack, especially into a bank account ;)

Also, good little modification!
