You dont install anything to cPanel. You upload the files, create the databse, and use the installer from your domain. Thats if you actually have one.

You can also request for their support team to install cPanel for you on your box.

login to your hosting, then enter cpanel, click mysqldatabases icon, create a database remember your password write it down or something, then click back home (cpanel), and click on file manager icon, then upload all your files there, if you have an installer you would go to that php page in the link such as ....
