Count Down Timers -- HELP

Ok im looking to put timers beside the stats on my game that countdown every 5min and 15mins so the user know when they get more of that thing like brave! Sorry if you dont understand its hard for me to explain lol join ill give and example: Torn.com has the timers beside brave, happy, and energy! IF you could help me out that would be great thanks!
