Looking for atleast 2 web designers

Hey guys am starting a new web design company so am looking for atleast 2 web designers willing to work.

You should be able to:

Slice and code a PSD

Be able to design nearly every desgin a client wants.

Be able to complete the job in atleast 2 - 5 days depending on how any clients we get.

How you get paid:

Every month i will split all the money we make via paypal.

Why two designers?

What do we get in return? A part of the game, or just profits?

What if one designer does 6 jobs and the other does 2? Do you work aswell? How would we know each of us split the money fairly, why not just keep the money we make instead?

But you're doing no work are you? You're just referring clients towards the designers. I don't see how an equal split is fair in this situation especially if the designers are earning different amounts. You should try to make your pitch more inviting.

Okay dave i see your point... maybe this would be more fair: the designers get 40% each and i get 20%?

Personally you should work on commission base. So you take say 5% of every job you give to the designer (Obviously you'd discuss how much per sale)

When i get 2 designers i will talk to both of them about the way they want to get paid until we all agree.
