Mystical Posted April 5, 2011 Share Posted April 5, 2011 When trying to report a message in the mailbox I get this error Forbidden You don't have permission to access /preport.php on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. If you're running a cPanel server I believe there is a link called "Change Permissions" in the options for selecting the files, make sure it is set the same as all the others. I even emptied my .htaccess file just in case but it still does not work. I get the same error. Scratch that! You were correct! My htaccess file was to blame. I just forgot to clear my cache before I tried it again. Thanks for showing me the way. Appreciated.
