[align=left]Is a new project taken up by me and Equinox, we are working hard to reprogram this site to the best of it's ability. Yes, we know it's another gangster game. However, if done right a gangster/mafia game is still able to do well in the game world these days. It just needs a new edge...

Me and Equinox, promise to try our best to bring that new edge to the game play of Gangster Territory. This project has been open for a while with little touch up, after deciding with Dave (old business partner) we split up the sites. I have taken over Gangster Territory and now ready to put all my effort into the site to see it succeed. I hope to bring new ideas to this specific game which have no been seen or used with this sort of game play.

So come check out the new template design and pre register, as we give updates on the project itself. We have no confirmation yet on when our release date will be. This will not be a project that will try to put together fast and ship off, we are going to work with this game and make sure we get everything done right in the right manner. No shortcuts, no mistakes...

I'm pretty damn chuffed with the new template, I must say. And the in game is amazing.

We both have a huge task on our hands to turn this site into something special. There is a mammoth job of updating everything on this site, and when I started on the site not long ago - it was a giant mess. But all is looking good now and I can now continue to start my next part of the 'clean-up' where I shall be re-coding pages to update/secure them.

Stay tuned and we will try to keep everyone as up-to-date as possible.

Also forgot to mention that people pre-registering will get a special 'event' (I'll call it for now) when they finally get to play the game

Sadly I did not, I purchased this off of one of my Polish Friends i met during my time over seas. They are also doing custom item images and page images to liven up the site more.

Thought I'd update:

I've recoded quite a few files now and tested them, and the in-game template has been implemented successfully. We are going over pages now giving them a unique design, Peter has been working pretty darn hard with all the design work but gladly it's all coming together quite nicely.

Thanks guys, I'm pretty damn impressed with the login as well.

But all credit goes to Peter and his eye for design, I'm just the programmer. But great to see people pre-registering! I will be very happy if we can get atleast 200 pre-registered people, we will also be re-designing this post to make it more appealing and give some little teasers into the game ;)

Just a little update:

We've been working hard on the site and Peter has made some pretty sexy graphics and I've been going through the files updating them (securing, efficiency and better structure).

At this time we have 127 pre-registered users, that's pretty good considering the only place we've advertised is here (we will be advertising elsewhere but we're working on something special first before we really get the game out there).

We are no-where near determining a release data yet, we want to ensure everything is perfect before releasing, we're hoping to get a crazy amount of content done before we release to keep the game alive whilst we work on features that could take a while. But don't worry because you will definitely have enough to keep you busy for a while, we have some great ideas :D
