Looking for a special mod

Hey all Love all the mods you guys have helped me with thank you all in advanced....But im looking for something a little different.. I want a mod that will let you gain exp asyou train example you can lvl up from training.. Can this be done or has it been done if so please link me thanx again...

I.E when they go to the gym they would gain exp as well?

Shouldnt be to difficult to modify the original gym.php file to do this...but why? :P

Why not do this instead,

Instead of their level being increased, why not have a gym level that gets increased, wherefor they can trade in their gym level for level encancements.

Its what im basing my game on to be honest i want all my members to gain lvls whilst training

I assume it woudn't be too hard to modify any gym you're using to do this. Let me know if you need any help with this.
