Re: Fluid and Fixed problem lol no, the sidebar will always be 200px and then the maincontent area and navigation should be the only ones that are fluid so: window width sidebar mainArea & navigation 800px 200px 600px 1000px 200px 800px 1200px 200px 1000px the wrapper is there so it stops the window from shrinking to below 800px get what i mean?

Re: Fluid and Fixed problem Pog1 close, but not exactly what i wanted, the navigation and maincontent need to strecth out at all times so that its joint to the sidebar and i want those two to extend when the window gets bigger. in this case i would try the usual width: 100% but then it has problems with the sidebar with the width at 200px

Well am just doing some psd to HTML conversions and i came across a little problem and am sure one of you can help As you can see in the image i need the navigation and mainContent area to be of a fluid width and the sidebar of a fixed width, for some reason what ever i do i just can't get the sidebar to stick in that corner (BTW I've use float div's) but i just can't get it to align properly with the other two divs thanks for the help in advance shedh

Re: Drop Down User Bar Unfinsished calm the hell down, Faz just pointed something out which was that the orginal poster may of posted a paid modifcation in its entirety, as we have seen in the past CE does not tolerate the posting of paid modification on its forum. As you are new here let me just tell you that you will need to learn how the CE forums operate and how its users operate. stop arguing and let the admin decide what they want to do

Well i've been looking at the CE Forum stats and i saw that the ammount of page views that the CE Forum had last year (2008) was 5119169, and as of today (on March 21, 2009, at: 09:23:24 PM (CE Forum Time)) we have 3650499 thats a difference of 1468670 so i got a question for you.... When do you think the CE Forum will get past last years result? i think: next month (April) on the 30th or 29th   its a lame question to some but hey its a guessing game

Re: Why won't anyone comment on this? lol if it wasn't for the LunarPages Outage! well IamWicked you say CE went down ages ago (well about few minutes ago) but let me say this, the number of Page views CE gets a day is rising, the number of new users is rising, the number of times you go on google and follow mdshare around looking at what post he has made is rising..... so what makes you think CE is going down or went down?

Re: Usless comments in threads need to go bye bye lol seriously take a chill pill Einey, the CE forums have always been like this people actually have started to get use to it, new comers don't like it simply because most of them haven't seen so many people arguing about some very ridiculous things people have left the forum because of this but the CE Forum curse has always lived, some say they are going to leave but just don't because they just want to catch some attention, some leave and come back days, weeks, months and even years later. a handful amount of people have left this forum because of this same reason (bad comments in threads), yet some of those who argue about this don't remember that they once were the same immature person that they don't like today. i don't know everyone on this forum but i tend to look at all the actions everyone makes, you get use to what happens on CE. as much as i like to say one day that the CE Forum will become a nice and "friendly" environment, we all know it won't this is my opinion, it might even get loads of people to argue about it but this is a forum which will always have users that want to argue about every little mistake
