I just want to say I hosted this donnie guy once before. Wanted a pirated version of MCC uploaded and worked on. I refused to do it myself so he did it and pestered me to fix it for him.. I still refused and he got his buddy @AT2C to fix it and host it. Then AT2C comes at me saying my server isn't upto date I should be running php 6 on a production server, everything is out of date.. Then donnie attempted to refund his money for hosting, because I put him on an outdated server.

I believe you sir would also be considered a liar since you did reply to this thread again.

Make a folder not in public_html or www but the one before that. Label it crons then in your cron files change the file includes (I think they include config or global_noauth?) should be something like "../public_html/config.php" In the cron job manager in the cPanel put this in the command /usr/bin/php -q /home/USERNAME/cron/cron_minute.php Change the username to whatever yours might be. This method you do not need the config code so could be deleted if you really wanted too :)
