Also when starting over from the bottom where exactly should you start? The way I think I'd do it is plan out the SQL's and create a DB etc. Then create a file to connect to the db? Then start with creating a register & login script?

There are a lot of things you haven't anwsered for someone if they were potentially interested in working with you. What are your skills? Do you have money to invest? How will costs be covered? How will the site be split? And so on......

I know this but the fact is I have no set budget and I don't want to name a budget as that often "clouds" peoples vision, say if someone was willing to do the job at $500 but I say I'm looking to spend $1500 they will obviously increase their quote.

The budget isn't massive, its necessary to get the job done! I work full-time and earn quite a bit of money doing things for people online but I'm unsure I'd be able to afford it to be honest. Also it would need to extra features which I may be missing. What would you be looking for.....

The way you've got to look at this is..... Why invest into something that could be dying out? Yes it would be the advertises job to bring in players to stop it dying out but why jump into something when you could lose money?

Again all seems fair again. How long are you planning on offering this position for or is it a permanent position? If you plan on selling the game whilst the advertiser is still part of the will they receive a % (of which chosen when hiring) of the amount or...? Sorry for the numerous questions just curios :)

Seems like a fair deal to me, what kind of advertising budget would you be expecting to set? The 30% of the profits of the site will they be paid of monthly/weekly/yearly? If the ad campaign seems to fail then what happens?

Well i'v completed GTA now, great game with really great missions and a great story. Loved every minute of it! Only baad thing is now I have to wait for online to be released! -_-

I pre-order from Game. Paid around £41 and received it the day of release! The game is 100% worth the money!

Also the new weapons system is very good and it's great to be able to customize your weapons. One really bad thing I hate though is shooting from your vehicle!
