well if you ask me you should of checked what it was you was buying and asked where he got it from, and i agree with RZ on the phone thing you can do alot with a phone even a cheap 30 pound (about 50 bucks) from asda will give you a browser and well you can log in to cpanel or email a friend and ask them to do you a big favour if it meant keeping your site on-line you would do what ever it took to sort it out simple.

Yeah when there is games like "the west" you need do do something different than any-other game. see your making a western game but there is already a very well know game doing what you want to, so that means like 80% - 90% of the players that will come to your game will of played that game and if there is nothing different then they are not going to stay.   when making a game you need to look at a few key points. 1) how many games are in my category. 2) is my game the same has every other mc game. 3) who are my customers (not players customers has we all need money to keep a game running)

Yeah i second that, you pay for what you get, and art is well lets face if the soul of your game its the first thing a new user see's and if your gfx looks good they will sign up, If your art looks like it was made with images you can get on google ehh im not sure anyone will join. think of your game has a meal if it smells good and looks good your gunna take a bit, if it looks like crap and smells like crap your gunna be like no way. pay the best get the best imo also 5k is very cheap also some games pay up to 5 k for just a ship the bigger the game/site the more you pay but you get more for your buck

PayPal is one of the worst company's when it comes to sellers rights and protection they take a age to sort anything out. and the email well over the last month or so there has been a exploit on msn where a "hacker" could use tamper data to edit the password change function and set a new password for any email he wished so that email could be stolen or fake data very easy. there will never be a full proof way to stop users doing the charge back and it is a risk but only a small % of people do it and in my opinion if you bay something i.e. a script you dont have the rights to a charge back and paypal should bring that rule in and it would stop the small % of people trying to brake the law.

Ok i have a few questions for you if you don't mind giving an answer.   when you say your looking for games to invest in do you offer a option where when you have made your money back you lower your %? i.e. starts at 50% then when you make x amount of money your drop your % down to a lower % like most investors do? also what would you bring to a game that you invest in like you say you have owned a game and know how a game works so what would you bring to the table besides money? if at a later date a game owner did not wish to have you on the team is there a way to buy you out at a set price that is stated in the contract? when you say you would want 50% how come what if the game was to only offer you 49% of a game there for making you a silent partner would you be happy with that? if a game owner wishes to sell his game what rights to that sale do you own? and when you say you would like your ideas in-putted what if the game owned did not like your ideas? there is a contract to sign ok may i ask who you got to Wright it up the name of the layer/company?   Also you say you do not like mccodes, what about some of the big mccodes based games i can think of a few right now that have made it big. At Spudinski you know nothing about me has i know nothing about you i would not judge you nor would i expect you to judge me without knowledge of each other. At SMB i do not use programs and i have never used programs to "check" websites, what i know is from my own skills am i the best no will i miss something maybe i don't care if your my brother, my mother or even my dad, if i find a issue i report it has i would anyone one else. my time is money even if it is my brother i would make him pay the same has everyone else has i have said this is my job this is my work my time is my money i don't have time to test stuff for free.
