Hello, i took all criticism and worked on this login it took me ages! http://i42.tinypic.com/10e3pr4.png   please tell me what you all think and the username and password box and login button wont align to fit my screen(23" monitor screen), so i know that it is abit messed up but does the rest look ok?

This is the new login page i made, also the username box and password box and login button will be moved into the middle soon underneath the banner. What do you all think?
