  1. I am not surprised. It's a fresh site trying to act like they been in busy for a long time, when (1) they are using a simple 15$ template you can purchase and, (2), i'll be that the video testimonials are paid for and aren't real.
  2. Stop re-posting this. It's getting annoying and overdone.
  3. I did not create the design for "Syedboyz" but for DonCity. So the rightful owners is DonCity. Now, if he sold it on or something, I have no idea.
  4. Are you purposefully trying to misspell 'Nightmare'? A couple of pointers if you are trying to find an investor/partner: 1) Learn how to complete coherent sentences and looks professional (to a point, this is still MWG). 2) Have realistic 'benefits' or proposals to grab ones' attention to join. (5x DP on top of a split? That is nothing and makes no sense) 3) Don't try to act smart or tough, especially coming from your first sentence on this post. It makes you look like a kid and a hothead. No one wants to attach their name to someone who likes to swear and try to act all tough on people. 4) Learn to write properly.... Can't freakin' emphasize that enough. It always drives me nuts when I see you make a post trying to act tough but your sentences are unbearable to look at. You don't have to be the best writer, I make mistakes all the time (and probably within this post too), but it needs to be approachable. ~ Pete
  5. Just as a fair warning, if it's the tap circle, that is licensed out for 125-150$ on the web by companies. What would make it worth 750$? - - - Updated - - - And if it is that military game, are you just going to re-make/re-use that script over and over again? I noticed Gangster Hustle is using the same exact script, except the design element.
  6. You didn't mean to slander him in anyway? Are you serious? If you didn't want to slander him, there was no point in the post itself. However, you decided to and you went about it all the wrong way (choice of words, calling him cocky, etc). Unbelievable. And please, for the love of God, put some '.'s in your sentences. It makes it hard to read and take serious.
  7. Someone is 35 days old and is level 2700??
  8. So, I been pretty busy lately. Working on multiple APPs, as well as a side client, and building up the portfolio before I jump into marketing them. My goal was to get 4 of them total. Well, after last week, I will now have officially 4 games. I just recently acquired a couple of APPs from a small company in Croatia. One of them was a game app that played like Cut the Rope, but was still different. My illustrator and I have finally agreed on the right path we want to go with on the art style, here is a preview of the updated logo: http://w3theory.com/clients/ice-drift-logo.jpg ~ Pete
  9. So Hyper Monsters is all done and ready to go on both Android and iOS. Android Version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.hypermonsters Apple Version: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/hyper-monsters/id914558763?mt=8 This is not an easy game and after Coffee Pour I wanted to create something more challenging. I have also purchased a game off a company in which I am revamping the graphics and level too. As well as a fourth game that is in production, Mind the Gap (hope to be released in May). The goal is to have 5 games out by August of this year. Let me know what you think, Pete
  10. But he is saying, in the end of it all, he will be giving 30$ for the mod. He placed both rates for conversion reasoning.
  11. In all honesty though, ignoring the law, if you are only taking in a couple $100's a year, or even a month, your chances of being audited for not paying your taxes are very low. Of course, this depends on which country you are in. In the US, making that little is nothing to the IRS and won't waste their time on it. Even though under law, it states you must claim it. (screw the law and screw taxes)
  12. That is due to regulations on their behalf. This doesn't mean you don't have to pay taxes on your end. (P.S. I am actually a Tax Accountant/Auditor, be that I only graduated 3 years ago, I still have plenty of experience with the tax code (especially global tax, since we audited a lot of companies that had entities within other countries)
  13. Not true. Just because one puts 'donations' on a site, doesn't make it so. Rule of thumb, if you are providing a service to someone, or a product, for cash, it is no longer considered a 'donation'. And, if it was considered a 'donation', then you still have to pay on those donations. Are you classified as a 'Non For Profit'? If not, good luck trying to even mention the word donations to a tax auditor. Pete
  14. Updated logo for Chubby Knight and Snorti: The Guardian:   https://www.dropbox.com/s/ungzo9881dm53ti/chubby%20knight%20final.jpg?dl=0 https://www.dropbox.com/s/0l9r0ufz5hp6f4k/snorti%20new%20face%20update.jpg?dl=0 Pete
  15. There is no organization or structure. Everything just seems out of place. You need to focus and spend some more timing researching other templates. It will help immensely.
  16. Thanks. I just hope to keep improving with each one.
  17. Thanks! I don't personally draw these, but they are done by our illustrator that we hired. He does mostly all the graphics to our games, minus some changes and layout GUI by me.
  18. As I wait for the release of Hyper Monsters onto Apple and Android with the latest and last update to the system, completing it 100%, I decided to get some new concepts for my next games that I'll be producing after Mind the Gap (https://www.facebook.com/MindGapGame). Take a look and let me know what you think: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/2y33i2my6l4p8rx/AABO2f9ztw2gP0UsT4Ocnr69a?dl=0 These are just concepts and not 100% complete. For Chubby Knight, I am leaning towards the first logo concept, though not 100% sure which face/helmet style I want. As for Snorti, I am going with the second one most likely, just not sure if I want just the face or fully body pig. What do you guys think? Regards, Pete
  19. I would copy your login file and rename it to something that you will only know. From there, I would find the section where it checks if 'Maintenance' is on. Remove that and you will be able to log in. For extra security, I would limit the login authentication to maybe only staff members by checking their staff level?
  20. I understand that, however, the fact you decided to go beyond just translating it to English and actually changed the game name makes me wonder what is going on. If you were going to just translate it, you would of kept the same game name and just translated. However, you were not upfront at all from the original post on multiple of things.
  21. If you are selling the whole thing, then what about this game, http://hellzombie.com? Same game and connected to the same DB. If you were going to sell only 1 copy and they get all rights, wouldn't you just sell Hell Zombie? You also said that you don't have a live copy and was just working off of a localhost. However, both of these games are connected to the same DB. If I am playing on ZombieAge, it updates my account on HellZombie. So, either it is not yours to sell and that isn't your site. Or, you lied to us about selling all the rights. Sometimes just smells fishy here. ~ Pete
  22. The other issue I've seen is that if one wanted to make it more unique, they will have to go out and purchase all new images since the current ones on there are free sources. Personally, I find the price to be a little too high, especially since most of the art is free. Cool idea, needs work on some extra features. The ability to actually build your own town, would provide an incentive to keep playing. After a while, you are stuck doing the same thing over and over again. Pete
  23. I am definitely interested, though would like to see an demo plus the licensing behind it. Is it being sold multiple times or just one copy, the person who purchases it gets all the rights? Pete
  24. Link to the website?
  25. There is no such thing as 'Freedom of Speech' anymore. I don't know if I would of saw it, but it is pretty funny how Sony is scared out of their wits. I am sure they are being blackmailed with more letters that they don't know want to be let out. As if, at some point, they won't be let go to the public. Truly, it doesn't phase me. Sony can do what they want.
