  5. Just to make it clear, my $20 a month was an example of how you can get some money flowing in one month and not get any for another few months it wasn't an exact figure or anything :)
  6. Um, Ah well I guess all I can say is goodbye.
  7. I said that too funnily enough XD
  8. Haha wow this wasn't needed lol, Thank you buddy, you're a star yourself for the outpouring of modification you provide for MWG community not to mention most if not all being free, so you need one too :) Thank you Illusions.
  9. Um, off course like Furn said there's money to be made in anything, if you're unique with your game and advertise well I would say there's a good chance you'll be making some amount of money however I seriously doubt it would be a constant amount maybe you'll get $20 one month then not get anything else for the next three. The idea is to be creative and unique :)
  10. Um, does GRPG actually come with forum by default? Sorry I don't use it but last time I looked a GRPG it was just a link to a external forum script (like VBulletin, SMF etc)

Meh Englands not going to win, you're forgetting when we last won we didn't have a team full of pansies that fall to the floor in a fit when something doesn't go their way.......... Personally I couldn't care who won but if I England did I would be amazed ^.^ Sir B C \m/
  14. You should all see some form of support because of Ravans actions this I agree with. In a couple of weeks there should be a place where you can read about what you can do and the options you can take within the MCCodes franchise (yes I know I called it a franchise as if it was KFC) which I can only assume will contain some form of legal advice within. I cannot help nor say anything more than I already have (mainly because I'm clueless). @SlanderDesign: As good as the free V1 licence sounds I cannot see that happening especially if MCCodes has no idea who is and who isn't a customer of Ravan so that could cause a stir with every Tom Dick and Harry wanting a V1 license. After all this is done I hope we can all get back to doing what we love and that's making games, at the moment it's a lot of talk about Ravan a lot of legal issues popping up which really needs to be sorted but at the same time doesn't provide a fun community to be involved with.(just ones opinions) BadBull I wish you luck with your game and I genuinely hope you get this sorted. 15. I've noticed you implied the Berne Convention. Yes they do technically follow it and have signed it although they do not follow US Copyright laws. Even though MCCodes has legal ownership and copyright if someone from germany were to make a game using an illegal version MCCodes couldnt touch them it would be an international law issue and Germany wouldn't offer any support at all. McCodes would simply be wasting their time as it would be an Offshore matter. Who'd follow US laws anyway 8| xD Anyhow Joshua is right Topic Locked.
  16. You have copyrights as soon as you create something as MCCodes created the MCCodes script they do infact have the copyrights. As for German copyright laws, there strict when it comes to copyright law, however Germany does still uphold copyright law of the European Union(which their goal is to even out copyright laws differences amongst the European Union(includes Germany) the goal in which has been linked with the Berne Convention(Literary and Artistic Works) -- (since 2006 the IPR Enforcement Directive) So applying for copyright in Germany can be a bugger, protecting it on the other hand shouldn't (note: shouldn't) be any more of a pain in the neck than it is in the UK. Ps: if any of you that know your law realise that what I just said is incorrect I'm sorry blame my attention span of a squirrel when I did my research. Back to the point I was going to make. Bladewolf we're here to help you however if for some reason we have no clue what you're on about (note: you didn't mention paypal address in basic settings in your first post) we cannot help, I'm glad you found what you were looking for however no need to get cocky about ;)
  17. Um false sense of security much?
  18. I read that tutorial a little while ago. It seems interesting but not something I think would be very appealing to this audience to be honest I just cannot see some people here putting in the extra effort to do this :S
  19. I agree with what Alain said, however I've not been doing it as long as him only around Three years now but he did hit the nail on the head there. I recently spoke to ColdBlooded (I know he's never online when I am damn timezones) he said that there will be a more appropriate section for Ravan customers within their homesite (http://www.mccodes.com) within the next few weeks if I remember correctly. Hopefully this will help a lot more that what's already available.
  20. This is ridiculous, so what none of us help any more we just send people to "CB/DB"?
