and here the code

 function fetch_single($result=0)

ok i suck at coding BUT i think the 1st one means that $membs and $pages arent valid, so you cant use them.

Please also post what the value of the variable $cnt is, and if it refers to any other variable, please also post it.

The error message means that the query supplied to the mysql_query function is invalid, and teh function mysql_result is giving an error because it has an invalid resource.
