Kill Page never displays a user found by detective.

I can hire a detective but the only thing I or anyone else can do is Buy off the bounties.

I have armor, weapon and bullets but cannot shoot/kill anyone.

The detective page works, bounties page works but the kill page only displays... " You have not found anyone, you need to hire a detective. " all the time.

I have not messed with code on any files dealing with this, so the problem is in the code I downloaded. Can anyone offer any help with this please. The entire game works except being able to shoot/kill a player with a bounty on them.

It will only show detectives that have been successful, it will also show them once the timer is up. If both f these are true it will then only show then for 1 hour before they are invalid.
