My cron guide should explain how... lite is pretty similar crons to v1 i think...

other words after installation it will say just put them in cron jobs so

curl yoururl.com/cron_day?=dfofudsfudifidpfidfifdfiopidf just (made up code) well i think it,s like that cause it,s bin so long since i used lite and Isomerizer i don,t think you do it like a directory crons/are/not/4/u or what ever it is

Cron protection.

Will normally be something like cron_day.php?key=agv45vd

But i dont think lite has cron protection, Im sure v2 does.
