There aren't many designers left on this forum who can produce designs, let a lone, nice designs. For a fair price, 30-50$ for a design is usually the going rate. I know, for me at least, I charge a minimum of 40$ (and have never gone under that. Normally, it is 60-65$.) for just a PSD and only for 1 design.
