Mcc comes with city shops by default.

Marriages if you use the search function for this forum can be found free of charge.

Chat room I can highly recommend the IRC mod again if you search you will find.

Just like yourself a unexperienced coder wouldnt be able to put these in either and have you got anything worth stealing anyway ;)

I can code some in general, but as far as game engines go, i'm most familiar with MCC just by using it quite a bit.
