My question here is ...

How do i block people entering my site using proxy?

Quick answer: you cannot really.

Longish: you could try to check if the IP range come from one "known" proxy and block it in case... otherwise... you can't as many proxy are called transparent proxy and do not show that they are actually proxy and not a simple browser.
