Yes but I am not going to recommend you do it.

If you cannot afford to pay a decent webhost which is basically what it comes down to then use a free cron service such as https://www.setcronjob.com/

just for the record am pay $8 a month for my host but didnt relise that hosting24 was no good for mccodes as seen on forums after my purchase

$8/mo for something thats apparently unlimited is bullsh*t the servers are no doubt massively over subscribed or the tos doesnt match whats being sold. Its like a lot of things in life you get what you pay for.

Well i pay $7.44 for silver but the cron job option is there is godaddy any good

Not trying to be rude or anything, but if you don't know how to use timestamps you probably shouldn't be trying to run a game. Do you know any PHP?

Look up the time() function on PHP.net and do some reading, the information is already out there....how to use timestamps as pseudo-crons should be common sense to any programmer.
