looking for a co-leader and help with cron jobs or time stamp

hi i have recently got the mccodes redux and need help setting it up and could do with the help of someone running it with me email me if your intrested [email protected]

 

also i have been trying for days to set up cron jobs for my game http://www.crimmewars.co.uk but am not getting any where could someone please help me or exsplane how i can add a time stamp so my scripts update every 5-10 mins for the energy,brave,will and health ,jail,hosp,donater days ,days old ect....
