as you've provided very little info on what your actually trying to do, i can only assume your trying to install a script/engine of some description.

And from the assumption, i am again going to assume (again) your using a web based hosting service, hence why you have been denied access to "localhost".

if i have assumed incorrectly, ignore this and carry one as you were.....
